Nonossifying fibromas (NOFs) usually occur in the metaphysis of long bones of children and adolescents.These are benign fibrous proliferations and can simulate primary neoplasms of bone.Hence, it is important animed blue lotion topical spray to recognize the clinical, radiological, and histopathological characteristics of this lesion.Here we are presenting a case of NOF in a 16-year-old female who presented to us with left forearm pain and swelling.Following radiological evaluation, there was a pathological fracture in the ulna with a metadiaphyseal lochby venture pouch lytic lesion.

An open biopsy was done.The histopathological examination confirmed it to be NOF of ulna.
